UNEMPLOYMENT FUND (UIF) NIGHTMARE

I have contributed to UIF all my working like, and this is more than 13 years now. It happened that i list my job and decided to claim for unemployment benefits. I submitted my first claim in July 2022 via the email. Later i was i asked to submit the same via the U filing platform. This was in september 2022. Today its the 2nd of May 2023 and no meaningful response has been received yet. Wondering if it means anything to contribute to this fund. I would have saved these small amounts to something for more than 13 years. I haven't heard such a very poor service since.
