Unemployment fund

I app**** for UIF unemployment like 2 years and till date not one payment.

I been calling, emailing... to no joy.

I call the staff on UIF help line and they give all different information and they are not helpful at all.

I keep trying and trying to get some kind of feedback. I did log an issue on Hello Peter before regarding the same issue and no one called me nor assisted me.

When we need to pay UIF we must pay... but then we must bag to get our own monies. This is so not on.

Can i please get some help I don't know what more to do.
