Unemployment found

Hello,

I'm a pregnant woman mother of 2 boys and experiencing a major challenge on getting my unemployment funds from the labour department. I have app**** for my ui19 unemployment fund on the 15th of December 2020 and received a sms of a waiting period of 35 working days. I keep calling the department for follow up since my claim is not responded to with no feedback either. I keep hearing stories of them getting back to me within 7 to 10 days and they never do. I'm a single woman and have rights to my funds. I have bills and kids to feed. Please step in and help me on this matter.
