Unemployment claims

I am very confused and upset. I sign on 3/12/2025 for Unemployed claims.in Atlantis for my 3th payment Still on submitted..No money for Christmas? People that sign after me got their monies. Department is currently on leave till Jan 5th 2026 then you have to wait another 7 tot 15 days for your money..2 months..it's unfair or UIF labour Department needs to upgrade or employed more experience people .They don't think about people that are waiting on their own 💰The sevice is bad bad bad ...
