Unemployment claim not paid, 2.5months later!

Honestly, not even a single star is to be given to them. I have been retrenched for almost 3months now. Their offices are always packed, you use online services and you get to the contact centre with staff that tells you a hundred different things. I am waiting for my payment and facing eviction where I live. Complains department doesn't respond to the complains, what must then happen? Why are these monies taken from our salaries when it is hard to get when it is time to claim? I was given a number for a paymaster but they also not picking up.

Th level of unprofessionalism in this department is very disappointing, such a bad form of working!
