Unemployment benefits

I app**** online for unemployment benefits on the 7th of October i scanned all the documents and emailed them to labour i called to confirm if they did receive them and they confirm that they did receive them but even now my claim has not been approved. I call almost every day on their call center i dont get help. Last week Tuesday i decided to go to department of labour myself and they told me that my documents are not on the system i mùst give them so they can scan for and send it so i did as they said gave them my all documents they said i must wait for a week and check again so yesterday i called the call center again to confirm if they got my documents from labour department and they say they didnt receive anything on their side now i dont know what to do
