Unemployed and been waiting for Uif over a year

I was called a week before kickdown saying my uif claim was approved and I need to go to my nearest branch to sign. I went in on the 23rd of March and up until today have not been paid. I was told it will take a few days but nothing I tried calling them but nothing as well. I am entitles to that money as I have been battling this process for a year and was also attacked outside of my branch which made me fearful to go back.
