Unefficient / poor customer service and delivery UIF department in South Africa

These are all the emails I have sent to the uif offices pleading for them to amend my information and complete the shortfall on my first payment received in may 2020:

I requested these amendments to my declarations on 22 March 2019 and to date they are still not done.
