UNCAPTURED UIF FORMS

So today is my 8 week since I app**** for UIF at the Department of Labour.

Yesterday I went to the Athlone (Satellite office) and I was told that my U19 forms was never captured.

I'm here in the main office in Cape town and they tell me I must contact the call centre.

How the $%#& can I contact them when its your duty for not doing your $%#@ work properly.

I'm so angry now,but I know it wont help.

How can you tell me Im still active at work when I've been unemployed since MARCH 2017 !!!!!!!

All of them could not reslove my matter.
