UNACEPTABLE

I was Retrenched on 25/10/2014.App**** for Uif on 03/12/2014. Takalani gave me the Aknowledgement Form for Uif Aplication and said to wait 40 days. On 27/01/2014 I was told he never scaned and sent in my UI-19 form and before i can claim they need the UI-19 Form from me. Takalani took all my Documents. Please explain to me how does he work for the Labor Department if he doesnt know how to do his job?? If you dont sort this out i will take this Further.
