Unacceptable service - Deparment of Labour Online services :-(

I have been paying UIF my entire life. I was retrenched on 31 August 2023 and filed my online UIF documents on 02 October 2023. To date, I am unemployed, earning nothing, received 0 to date from Department of Labour to date and all I get is it's with the Assessor, 5 Months of non-payment and it's with the assessor for 5 Months. Why have online services if people are required to go into a Centre to sort out a huge mess. Not at all acceptable to pay UIF diligently every Month and sit in this situation on top of being unemployed.
