Unacceptable service

I app**** for my uif benefit on the 7th of December 2021 to date l have Not received my payout. Every time I call the call center which is very unhelpful to say the least, l am told my case has been escalated. Today exactly 1yr and 1 month later l am still waiting for feedback from the department. This is unacceptable especially that this is a fund that should assist in the even you are unemployed
