Unacceptable service!

I would like to submit a formal complaint with regards to the department of labour and slow processing of my maternity benefit.

I app**** via Ufiling, and then there was a request to submit a signed form confirming the birth of my baby by the doctor and fax that form. I did this, however no update on my application. Due to the lines being long and having two kids to look after I decided to go to the Vredenburg branch and was assisted by an official. Please note I am from Cape Town.

Four months later I am still nowhere, without any income and I phoned and email daily with no response. My call gets transferred until it’s times out, wasting my airtime, energy and time.

This is unacceptable!
