Unacceptable response and work ethics from uif

I received a payment on the 7th of January from them and submitted a continuation shortly after. But according to them i submitted to early so i had to resubmit twice. Now we are on the 2nd if march snd i still haven't received payment for February witch means i am almost 2 months behind on rent and all other bills. 2 months behind will be on the 7th of March. I don't have any food left on the table and i honestly don't know what to do. I don't recieve any communication back from uif so i am on the end of the ledge regarding what to do
