Unacceptable

I have been contacting the DOL almost every day since the 29th of April 2023 regarding my maternity benefit claim. Some consultants say I have missing documents and some say there no feedback from all the escalations I've been making for 4 months. My ststus has been saying it's "sent to assessor". It's been a very frustrating process and it's been a struggle coping with no income. I have sent emails to their complaints email but still no response. This is unacceptable and time consuming.
