UNACCEPTABLE AND FRUSTRATED

I have done an online application 01 Feb 2021 and up till now no money has been paid out. I have phone numerous times and I keep getting told its in process and I need to wait. I have been into the offices as well and was told payout would be after 14 days, its almost three months and no payout. This is basically my own money I am waiting for, who is going to feed my kids or pay my rent. When you working you are forced to pay UIF and now when you need them there's delay after delay and that's unacceptable. Can I please can I get clarity as to when I am getting paid. is anybody even gonna read this or bother to respond?
