umemployment benefit claims being ignored

I have submitted a claim for benefits on 22 august 2020 through the filling portal, case no.**********3. I received a SMS confirming that my claim has been received. In this sms it states that " progress on claim will be communicated within 35 days. To date no further communication, My status on ufilling still shows sent to assessor, this since date submitted. I have tried calling the call centre and office numbers I could find on google, with no luck . NONE OF THE CALLS GETS ANSWERED!!! This is frustrating and stressful, as I am un employed with no income..HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SURVIVE!!!!?????? You received my contribution monthly for all the years I have been employed, now I cant get a claim sorted. Pathetic really!!!! WHY DO THE CLAIMS PROCESS TAKE SO LONG????
