UIF....What a joke!!!

I have claimed twice for maternity benefits once in 2021 and this year in March 2024. Still I haven't received ANY money and when you phone them all they say is the system is offline!!! This is so pathetic you have to pay every month UIF for things like this, but then you have to fight to get your own mo ey back!! This is pathetic, I am so sick and tired of paying everything I'm suppose to and you dare not pay tax of UIF and they will come after you but when it is them that have to pay they are just blame the system!!
