UIF - worst govt dept in SA?

After working for almost 40 years, contributing to UIF and never claiming, I have now been struggling for six month and not a cent out yet. The people at the Somerset West office has 3 tines last year said all is good and I will be paid in 2-3 weeks but nada. Then they ask for forms and stuff I already gave to them, 4 times for two different things so far. Now my mails are ignored. The last time I hauled my crocked body to the office the story was that they couldn't find my details! Has everything been ****** or my money paid into someone else's bank account? The Hawks need to investigate this useless department asap.
