Uif website banking details error

I have been using Ufilling to claim for my unemployment and it has been smooth but problems started when thy uprgraded their system in March, wn i tried to submit claim it gives me error about banking deatils which i have not change but i went ahead and completed the forms and emailed them to ********** i have sent several emails the 1st email i sent on the 2nd of May till now i only received the automated response acknowledgement and i have tried to contact them via phone which is a mission impossible i on hold for 55mins. i failed to reachout to uif - online.
