UIF - waiting 1 year for payment.

I app**** for my UFI last year around October 2021 to date I didn't get any payment. I keep calling and I am told this is missing that is missing then its in the capturing and no emails to say anything or status... but I sent the documents. Last week when I called the lady said that my documents is at the capturing department... today when I called the lady tells me that my confirmation of banking form is missing... but then again I issued them with a banking form in Feb that the bank gave me.

Know they asked me to fill out the form. I done so and sent it back. When I called back the lady says no they need the bank to fill it out... but I sent the one the bank issued together with the one they asked for.. so what is so different about that.

I just had enough of this. When it's time for the government to collect monies from us it's fine. But when we want our monies we must bag and do this and that... this isn't fair.

Can I get assistance here. Because I just had it with the UIF.
