Uif very bad service

My experience is very poor after 9 months of getting papers done and all that always hearing that my application is with the assessors i spoke to a supervisor named Mapule Majafa working in the call centre she assured me that she will get back to me as my case us long overdue but until today no avail Im taking this to the press
