UIF - Useless *******.

I was retrenched in Jan 2020, my claim was approved in Jan 2021 and today I got a note to say my claim was approved without payment to be escalated.

It's been 2 years and 10 months now that I've been waiting for this claim to be paid. I'm desperate.

Their call centre is useless. Their email centre is worse of you can believe that.

I've paid for over 25 years and this has been my only claim. After my first retrenchment in 2017, they also didn't pay because their records were wrong.

This is disgraceful, they Still owe me TERS.

How are people in this country supposed to survive in this economy with these useless *********** governments.
