Uif Useless Service

Ref *** I app**** for Uif benefits online on 04.09.2020 and to date non responsive. When calling in to Uif, the consultants apologises and says they unsure on delay but they have a backlog. I have made many telephone calls and emails and tried to stand in their ques (stood from 8am to 2h30pm) as well but still unsuccessful. Please assist urgently. I'm waiting about 7 months as I was retrenched last year. What's the use of paying UIF for years and aren't even compensated. How is Uif a help or benefit without compensation.
