UIF useless inconsiderate f......ers

It’s been over two months now and no one can give me a answer or update on the status of the claim . If they aren’t “transferring “ which is code for go f.. yourself and hanging up then the system is down . But i bet you they get paid on time without a 35 day waiting period or any missing documents need to be processed (which you only find out about when you call them ) I do their job but still don’t get paid for it , I app**** online I sent everything they needed but not a single soul knows what’s happening. And the supervisors if you lucky enough to get through to one is just a useless if not more. Why are the people applying for UIF not given the jobs of theses useless idiots , because I doubt they give a **** about actually working.
