UIF - USELESS

We are 3 people claiming for UIF due to retrenchment. We submitted the claim manualy in Sep/Oct 2020. When that didnt work we app**** online the 21st January 2021. Mrs V Beselaar claim was approved and she received her first payment beginning of Feb 2021 and then a month later she received an sms to say her claim was rejected and that she can appeal. She lodge how many appeals but nothing has happened with it. Mr L Turner received his first payment end of Feb 2021 and since then has received no payment or communication what so ver. Mrs Y Krull received her first payment middle of Feb 2021 and since then no further payment of communication has been received. We have tried to phone the telephone numbers and send e-mails but it doesnt work. What is the use of UIF if you make your monthly payments and when it comes to the claiming part nothing happens!!!!
