UIF Until - I - Forget that I claimed...

I have app**** for unemployment benefits mote than a year ago.... Year more than a year ago.... Every time I phone same old story phone with in 7-10 days we have a back log..... Seriously for more than a year? I have been unemployed and have been struggeling to pay my depts... Borrow money and can find a job... What am I supposed to do?
