UIF - Unsuccessful attempts to claim UIF

I have been waiting since August to get any action on my UIF claim submission. I did my submissions online. I have had numerous calls to the call centre. Every time I am advised they have all the required information, They will follow up and nothing happens. I was then provided with a contact number for the Jhb Branch. When I chose the option for UIF, The phone rang for 3 minutes before the call gets dropped. I tried 3 times. The fourth time I selected the option to speak to an operator. The same happened. The phone rang for three minutes and then the call was dropped. Do we have ghost workers manning this office? PS: I had to select a rating to submit the review. I would have selected 0 if that was available
