UIF unemployment claim not paid after a year of enquiring!

I have app**** for unemployment in March 2021, all paperwork was uploaded and emailed numerous times, I phone 2-3 times a week with different excuses, it is now a year later and nothing but excuses, no sms no emails just me calling the contact centre and they will escalate my enquiry to the admin department! Yesterday I was informed by the call centre that because I started working on the 12th of July I will not receive any payment the credit will be kept on record for payment when I am unemployed again. When I asked when this rule was implemented she put the phone down in my ear. I phoned back and asked the lady who answered is it true about the credit and I will only receive money if I am employed again.... She said no, I will receive payment for the period that I was unemployed but she does not have a turn around time because the paymaster is behind on making payments, I asked is it going to take another year and she said I cannot lie I do not know?
