UIF ufiling.co.za completely useless

Was unemployed from 1 Jan until 30 May. Submitted a UIF claim in April. 5 months later and I've had no response. Emailed twice, no response. Tried to call using their contact number *** and no one ever answers. Pathetic service considering I've contributed for nearly 25 years
