UIF - Ufiling

I was advised by my employer to use the hassle free online UIF application.Having a prem new born baby doesnt go well with queuing at the local branch for hours.So on the 22nd July 2015,I registered online,easy enough..or so I thought.I had a problem getting the pdf forms to open,I phoned,on hold forever without ever getting answered by an actual person...waste of time+money,resorted to emailing on the 30th July,which thankfully was answered on the 15th August. I app**** for the maternity benefit, got emailed two forms to have completed (Aug 16) medical certificate by the doctor&the other a leave form to be done by my employer-luckily my employer had already completed this form&given me any relevant paperwork that may have been needed with it.So I went to have the medical cert completed&stamped by the medical practitioner +duly faxed all the documents through separately as requested by UIF,on the 18th.fax confirmation received. To my horror I got a sms on Sept 20th stating that my case had been cancelled as the forms hadnt been received! I reapp**** and to date have submitted them 4 times &still no favorable reply received! I have all the fax confirmation pages as proof.RIDICULOUS
