UIF trying to cheat me out of my money

I made an application in december when i call the call center i am being told that the assessor has completed the application. i have now been calling these people for the past 3 months with no answer as to why my application is not completed. I am not understanding what kind of government is this where you are clearly trying to cheat people out of their money lying and saying that things will be completed when they are clearly not and also not communicating or trying to assist. this is money i worked for taken out of my salary i would like an urgent response and no more lies
