UIF Theft

I have worked for 2 companies since February 2019. I paid UIF and sent more than 21 documents they required. I have been unemployed for over 4 months and have to file bankruptcy because everything lapsed. I have phoned, wrote countless emails but to no avail. Yesterday I received A mail that told me that my claim was declined. HOW… how… I have worked legitimately and all UIF was paid. All UI19’s and countless documents sent to them.

I am angry!
