UIF TERRORISM

I cannot even explain how disheartened I am by the services rendered by UIF and it's useless online system, the last thing you want as a mother is to be frustrated about where your baby's next bottle will come from or what sort of plans you need to design a diaper.

Online seems to be the next big thing but not with this institution, after a long 8 months of hearing "your application is being assessed" I stood in a queue for an hour and a half, endured two hours of load shedding just as we were seated inside. Another hour to be told that my case will be passed on as an enquiry.

I app**** for maternity benefits in Aprill 2022 and to date have not received a single payout and NO ONE has a reason or an answer as to why although monies are being deducted without fail EVERY MONTH! I wish management would be dedicated and aministrative staff understand that they are simply not juggling paperwork but the livelihoods of our future leaders.

I speak not for myself but for mothers without income at the moment, heavily pregnant women, retrenched men and unfairly dismissed employees.
