Uif terrible service for payment

I submitted my maternity application on the 8th of December 2021i haven't been paid yet every time I go to check the ask me for forms that I already submitted making me go around in circles they check the forms and when I go back the ask me to re submit I ve been to the bank 4 Times now to fill the mandate. I pay into uif monthly now I have to run around when it's time to pay me it's unacceptable the reason we pay uif is cover us when don't receive a salary so we must now go into debt and starve. At the en of the day it our hard earned money
