Uif taking long with payment

I app**** for Uif in September 2023 received my first payment on the 28 October I do my COB on the 19 th of every month after struggling to get my first payment the struggle just went on and on for my second payment I got up at 3am in the morning to get in the line at DOL Cape Town some days you will not even be seen to I then googled the ombidus man email address I sent her a email on the 22 December I received my 2 payment for the month of November on which I already did a COB on the 19 December for my 3 Rd payment for the month of December I went into the DOL office on the 9 th January 2024 to go find out what's happening I was told my payment is in this paymasters email he will go to her he went came back said my payment is released I must wait 5-7 working days on which my status changed to Payment collected I phoned the call center today they give you different stories.I have sent several emails to the ombidus man no response.This is my money I have worked for 10 years and every week uif was deducted I'm already just getting my last 4 years uif and it's such a struggle.
