Uif struggle

It’s been 3.5 months since I app**** for maternity benefits and I am still waiting for my payment . My claim is approved and I received one days money . I did continuation of payment the 13th of March and the system still says awaiting medical certificate even though I sent it numerous times. Can someone please assist me I feel like I’ll never ever get my money especially with this corona going on now. I need the matter escalated urgently . I can’t even get through to the call centre. Desperately need my money as I’m nearly returning to work
