UIF - still waiting for my claims to be processed for two months!!!!!!!!! where are they?

I am at my wits end trying to make contact with the UIF dept. I tried all the numbers (012 and 0800 numbers) and the numbers don't go through. On one occassion I was placed on hold for almost 30 minutes and the call was eventually transferred. I am still awaiting claims at are due to me from the 03/03/2020 (REF ***) and the 02/04/2020 (REF ***) ( (2 claims outstanding). Considering the Govts statements that millions are allocated to UIF funding - I am beginning to wonder whether this is really true. Can someone please resolve my inquiry and make contact with me to ensure my claims are processed?
