UIF STILL NOT PAID AFTER 1,5 YEARS

I was retrenched in 2020, submitted all correctly completed forms by 9 Feb 2021. All processes on the system have been passed and since NOVEMBER 2021, the status of my claim is "COMPLETED BY ASSESSOR". I have been phoning and emailing and NOTHING GETS DONE!!!! I PAID UIF for over 30 YEARS and got retrenched end 2020 and NO PAYMENT OR FEEDBACK!!! The call centre is useless (outsourced to "Alteram") and all they do is tell me what I see on my screen and log a ticket each time. HOW DO WE GET OUR MONEY PAID????????????? SO ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED. I AM NOT PREPARED TO PAY ANY FACILITATION PAYMENT TO ANY PERSON IN THE UIF DEPT TO GET MY MONEY PAID OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO the Heads of Department of Labour not investigate why it takes almost 2 years to get to a point of NO RESOLUTION???? Is this an honest process I wonder?????????????????????
