UIF still not assisting almost 3 months of queries

Good day

Please urgently assist. My status continues to remain on ”SENT TO PAYMASTER” since 22nd June 2023. I called and emailed as was told it would be escalated. I was then told by the UIF call center 19th July 2023 to do another continuation of benefits which I did, and again this is stuck and remained on “SENT TO PAYMASTER”

I have not received anything from UIF since end May 2023 and I only received 4 or 5 payments to date.

I am still unemployed looking for work, my service is over 21 years I was told I can draw / request UIF for a year

Please help, I am in the process of losing my medical aid as I cannot pay for the payment as UIF is not paying me out, not assisting me (two months now) I need resolution and answers as to why I am not receiving my UIF funds
