UIF shortchanging contributors big time

I have been claiming UIF for the past 10 months and only been paid 3 times. To my knowledge I should be paid for 6 months. I have been logging into UIF website, and it always say successfully completed. (Hamondym678732)

My challenge is why I am I not being paid. Is it the incompetence of UIF staffers at Roodepoort labour office or someone is receiving what is mine. I'm in desperation cause this money will change my circumstances of now working. The minster in charge of labour should do something to speed up payments where its due.
