UIF services has failed

I am very appauled and ashamed of the system th9at is supposed to be assisting citizens in attaining financial support at their time of unemployment. I app**** for my unemployment 18 Feb 2021 and till this day 05 July 2022 I have received no funds and no indication of when I can expect to receive my funds. I am informed that an internal email is sent to the admin department who will inturn revert back. Feedback is supposed to take 90 days I've been waiting over a year and backlog cannot take this long either. There is no one else to communicate with either. No one wants to be unemployed unfortunately circumstances are of that unemployment happens, however the system that is supposed to assist us has failed us completely. Can you imagine the financial situation I'm in right now due to this.
