UIF service

Hi I have been to the UIF Claim department at Maponya mall. I have been going the for 3 months now with my claim which u was told it would pay out after a month and 1 week when. Since October I have been waiting for the payment . Everytime I go there I have to wait for the payment for 7 days and given a new date for my next payment . I wait the 7 day then nothing . I went back I was told my documents need to go for declaration I must come back next week the same thing the following week since October. I have been borrowing money from friends to go there every week sometimes twice a week and still no payment and the people i owe now I even starting to think maybe I was lying about the UIF.. it's really frustrating especially if you not working. The consultants have tried everything especially the lady called Mmabore as everytime when i go there she is the one helping me. She keeps sending email to the head office every week but still no reply no change on the declaration that was sent .. Am starting to ask myself how the system work and if it's only me who's been given the run around like this.. the worst part if they closing on the 22 December so am guessing that mean i will have to wait for next year and and mean i have to find a way to explain to the people that have been borrowing me money to go to the offices. I have been waiting it's December don't even have a cent to buy my kids anything or food because I was hoping when I get the money i will get them something now I have to also explain to my kids how I can't do that anymore. And all am being told is we will try again next year .. Am worried now should I get a new job before I get this money will the thing be fix or will I struggle again when I have to apply again .. the thing of waiting till next year does not sit well with me seriously. I think we pay UIF for times like this but if I will struggle like this then why are we paying the UIF if just an adjustment will take 3 months to attend to. Am not happy with the system of the UIF department .. but I would like to thank the consultants from Maponya for trying there best.
