UIF ****

I've been struggling for a couple of months with my UIF claim and I am not winning.

I've tried every available resource but none is available to assist me. I am completely out of funds having to resell sweets to try and help feed my family.

My Neighbours are experiencing similar issues and we are really struggling.

I was told by my Previous Employer that I am due 75% of my Salary I previously received with them for a period of 6 to 8 months. It's now almost 6 months later and I still have not received a single cent.

I have called various telephone numbers but in the end I never get assisted. I get transferred and transferred until I eventually run out of airtime.

Never in my life have I ever experienced such a lack of empathy towards people in struggle from any services provided by any other Institution out there.

I have submitted all the required documents to the Labour Department in Goodwood. They said they would SMS me, I never received an SMS. I called all the numbers online and I was told for months that I would receive a call back, I never received a single call back.

My online access was blocked and the website gave me a phone number to call. When I call the number all the agents tell me they can't help me.
