UIF Return site

This site is forever not working, if you request your declarations, it is always a message " we cannot find your declarations right now, try again later". I am so tired of this incompetency and then if you do not submit your return, you get a letter that threaten you. Can somebody somewhere do something about this, it is a joke, a very sad circus. IF YOUR SITE IS NOT WORKING, we cannot do what you expect from us.
