UIF retrenchment claim IGNORED

We have been struggling with our UIF retrenchment claim since early 2020. No assistance given by the UIF claims department. They have many excuses, from Covid, to systems down. Now almost a year and a half ago, we have been retrenched. We paid our UIF contributions lawfully every month. Seems that the lawful citizens in SA don't get the service they deserve.
