UIF Retrenchment claim

Submitted retrenchment claim end of November 2021 no feedback even requested UIF claims company to assist, last week Friday I was told the previous company I worked for details on their website and my UI19 does not match followed up again on Wednesday and again today to get told there is nothing wrong with my application done via the UIF website it’s not being looked after by the department of labour as the website is not serving the people as it is supposed to was told to go to the nearest office to reapply. This is the new government still no feedback/payment since December 2021!!!!!!!!!!
