UIF - Pushing paper and not the real work

Do employees know anything about UIF. I asked a question - when will the payout be? How much will be paid? Hoe long will the payments be made? Etc. And I could not get any answers on anything. I have been visiting UIF since Dec and to date, it feels like going to hell. I cant get a service. The service is so poor it literally looks as though people are pushing papers. Maybe discovery should be contracted to run the UIF.
