Uif poor Service

The service is so poor I have called everyday and get told it's been escalated and they will get back to me, never had anyone call back. One of the agent told me I must be patient I'm not the only one applying . It took the department 30days to move the status to complete by asseser. Every time I call asking about the 15 days turnaround time that's on the website I'm told that does not apply to me. I went to the department in Marlboro that department is worse the lady that deals with the forms/application she will laugh at everyone in the line and inform you that she won't do anything and give you a form that you must complete I have completed 3 of the ui16. She will then call you on the same day and tell you the application has been declined come back after 3 weeks. I don't understand how you can struggle to get assistance for a pay out My Reff numbers are C ***3 C ***3 C ***6
