UIF - POOR, POOR, POOR

This is the worst department ever. If you phone they just say they don't know, you must just wait. I received multiply sms saying I will receive my money, but up to today nothing. It is been almost 2 years now. The centre did reply on a email to say that my money has been paid out and when I requested to which account - nothing. Please UIF centre, I pay my contribution every month and expected my money to pay out.
